APPALLING! Rachelle had my file for over 6 months and filed the year-end and GST late, for which the government penalized me, and charged %! Rachelle rarely responded to my phone calls and emails and charged me up front for work she never even completed! She told me twice that she finished the work and actually didn't! She also avoided the important questions we asked her. BEWARE!!!!!! I had to pay another accountant to complete the work she did NOT do.
Nothing has been resolved! I pre-paid money to Rachelle, didn't get the service promised, nor my money back, and then had to pay another accountant to file my taxes.

Rachelle has worked incredibly hard to help us correct some errors. I do recommend working with her and she has the intelligence and skill set to help fix things

Figures 4 U is absolutely incredible!! We had an audit ordered by CRA, Rachelle worked endlessly on our business file. Saved us literally thousands in payments. After using 3 other accounting firms, we are so Grateful to Figures 4 U going over and above for us. Thank you so much ladies!!!!!

Not responsive at all to multiple emails, calls or texts when we had already agreed on Rachelle doing taxes to close out my dad's estate. Literally no response, even saying she was busy or needed time - this has gone on for many months. I even called the office to make sure she still worked there and was around, and the receptionist confirmed, and that she may "just be busy".
Living in BC (and trying to do the estate duties from here), and continually following up so I can close this and move forward while also grieving is so disappointing.

Figures 4 U is an accounting firm that has exceptional abilities with CRA, we experienced very positive results in both our business and personal CRA audits. We continue to refer Rachelle Hanlan and her colleagues to many. We were referred by our insurance broker and so thankful we decided to move our accounting to Rachelle. If I could U would give 10 star rating!!!
