Complements to Tory, Josh, Joe & Trevor, the hard working Oriel installation crew for their efficient & excellent workmanship, they installed 16 large main floor Dining & Living room windows in our townhouse condo complex in Sylvan. The fellas assisted some owners with removing & replacing their window blinds, installed primed/painted casing and made sure each owners unit was cleaned-up as well the condo property was cleaned-up and all the old windows and trim was loaded on their trucks & disposed of. As well we acknowledge Jim & Jerry Long who submitted the best overall & lowest priced bid which was in the order of $55K. Our project was completed at the price quoted with no hidden costs or extra’s. We paid our 20% deposit on June 30 and our windows arrived and were installed on August 17-22, 2023. Everything was completed in less than 7 weeks from time of order with no screw-ups. Some owners upgraded from dual to triple pane which has made a significant difference with less traffic noise & the mowers on the golf course next door are hardly noticeable. The low maintenance vinyl, energy efficient units will make a big difference during those hot summer days & cold winter months with some savings of energy costs, too. All the owners are very pleased with the quality of the windows, friendly installation crew, excellent warranty and the customer service of this local company. We would definitely use Oriel Windows & Doors to complete the remaining second floor bedroom windows in the near future. We've used Oriel Windows for over 30 years because they are always very professional and knowledgeable. Their workmanship is amazing, fast and clean. They don't cut corners.
We had Joe & Trevor come out and service my front and rear entry. They did an excellent job, very professional and friendly. They didn't even complain about my yappy dog who did not shut up. Thank you Oriel Windows my doors are no longer drafty and no more issues with the deadbolt. Reasonable pricing also.
I booked someone to come for a quote on a Thursday but they never came. I emailed on Friday and had a voicemail the next week saying they weren't sure where the mix-up was and they could do a short notice quote for Thursday. I called back and let her know we had already chose another company. On the Thursday I received a voicemail saying someone was at my house for the appointment I didn't book. I'm not sure about the cost or quality of the windows so I can't speak to that.
Beyond happy with our experience with Oriel Windows & Doors. The quote we were provided was competitive, and we ultimately chose to go with this company due to their price & service. Jim provided our quote, and was not pushy, unlike other salesmen we had gotten quotes from. The installation took 1 day, and the installers left barely any mess behind. The windows look excellent, and are a huge upgrade for us. The final bill matched exactly to our quote, no hidden or surprise charges. Will definitely be utilizing Oriel again when it is time to upgrade our doors & basement windows!
