5 Stars in all of Alberta My soon to be wife and I had a old bay window that was broken so she started looking and found this company and had them come out take and a look. Well the Owner came out himself and he was a delight to deal with the ordering was very easy and he was very knowledgeable she told me. Then came the day the window would be put in and the 2 guys who came out to do the window were polite hard working and professional even though I forgot to sign the check and my loving soon to be wife fixed it not going into details. ( my first time writing a check ) Then something happened a few days later I will not go into detail but what I will say is that the owner didn't have to do what he did to help but he went above and beyond. I will say no big box company would of done what he did and thats why I say with confidence they are the best company in all of Alberta and deserves love.
Had Martin come out a few years ago and replace a dining room window for us and the job was very well done and I knew I would use them again if I ever needed something else. Well fast forward a few years and had them out to install a new backdoor and storm door on Monday. Chris (I think) and Elvis did a great job. I think that they went above and beyond the regular install as I had some rot under the door and they cut it out and put in a new board. They were very professional and got the job done as quick as they could and also helped me salvage a few pieces I wanted to keep. I would highly recommend this company and would definately use them again if I need my front door or other windows done. 5 stars. 🙂🙂
Exceptional service through the entire process . Lori, Martin and the installation team made me feel welcome and supported . Any and all of my questions were answered with great knowledge, professionalism and kindness. Not once did I feel pressured ,they genuinely care for their clients and take pride in their work. So happy with the finished work and will recommend them to family , friends and anyone who asks hehe !

We had them come out and replace 3 windows in our home. They had actually come out a year before to give me a quote and then life/covid happened and it just dropped on the list of things to do. When I did reach out to them again, they honoured my quote from before and were very quick when it came to placing the order/finalizing details. Even with delays (out of their control due to Covid) they communicated very well with us and made sure that as soon as the windows arrived they were checked and installed as soon as possible. Their crew arrived in the morning and finished the job in remarkable time. I am beyond impressed with the look of our windows and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the future. I will be using them again when we decide to tackle the monster front window/doorway on our house as well. Thank you again for doing a great job and being a stand-up company!
