We had our 3 bathroom windows replaced this summer, and I cannot thank Greg enough for his expert installation. He arrived right on the time we'd set, was respectful of our home, answered my questions cheerfully, and worked with great care. The room was immaculate when he left, as were the plants and the outside of the house in the area he'd been working in. We will be engaging Red Deer Windows and Doors for all our future work. Thanks so much!

I received multiple quotes for window and door replacement for my home and Red Deer Windows & Doors was by far the most professional with the best pricing. I went through the greener homes grant and loan process and the company has been amazing every step of the way. My windows, doors and trim are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the product and installation. The crew had the job done in one day! Definitely recommend for your window or door projects.

Had my main floor windows changed out three or four years ago. 3 bedrooms, living room that has 1 large and 2 small ( one of them vented ) and a small bay window above my kitchen sink with one vented. They also did a new install of a sun tunnel.
I think the windows are decent quality but 3 of the 5 don't close wonderfully. Air actually blows in the living room window unless the lock latch is used to pull it in. My blind even moves. 2 of the bedrooms, one worse than the other, rub and squeak when they are being closed. They were here once to adjust the windows but it isn't really any better. The one bedroom looks like it's sagging in the center from the outside, I mentioned that but they weren't worried about it. Now for the biggie.... the sun tunnel. DONT DO IT. The whole thing is a fail. My house faces south, the tunnel was installed inside the house just past the center on the north side of the east/west peak and the tube was run on an angle to the come out the roof on the south facing side to catch the sun. They started out with a flexible tube but changed it out to a rigid tube because of the droop and I got very little light in the house. It helped but could be better. The cap they chose for some reason is actually tilting north away from the sun. I'm not sure why they feel that is OK but they won't change it. It makes no sense to me. The purpose of the tunnel is to let the sun in. There is also condensation in the winter which I expected some. If the sun could shine down the inside of the tunnel it might reduce the amount of condensation. My ceiling is so water stained but I'm not sure if it's from the sun tunnel itself or the installation. I've already painted my ceiling once. They are ignoring us now. We dealt directly with Velux and got a new seal for a 'fix' but it hasn't helped. Looks like we will need to take it out now to save our ceiling.

Our new front door is beautiful and the installation went very smoothly. The crew took their time, explained the process clearly, asked us questions when necessary, finished on time, and were polite and professional throughout. Thank you RD Windows and Doors.

I have hired them twice, once for windows and once for a patio door. Both times the order was delayed, one by 5 weeks. Both times they scheduled an installation date and they didn't show. They never contacted me. I had to contact them to get it rescheduled. I had to contact them to find out the orders were delayed. Very poor communication. I sent an email to customer service and never heard back after a month and had to call them. Their response was they were on holidays the week I sent my email and it's been a month. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
